COMPANY HISTORY

1999: The Company R & W Printing Machinery GmbH & Co. KG was founded with headquarter in Friedberg, Hessen. Jürgen Rhein and Mario Wombacher as directors. It was concluded partnership with various representations of Manroland.

 

2000: R & W has established itself more and with upward growth on the market.

 

2001: The Company moved to a new premises and relocation of Company headquarters to Nidda.

 

2002: The first 24 hours emergency service for existing Manroland Sheetfed presses in Germany was called by R & W to life. This formed the platform and entry into the used machinery trade.

 

2004: R & W is now worldwide.

 

2009: Relocation to new premises and relocation of company headquarters to Alzenau.

 

2010: R & W Italia is founded.

 

2013: Relocation to new premises and relocation of company headquarters to Karlstein.

 

2017: Reorganization of the management. One of the company's founders, Mario Wombacher, is leaving the company. R & W Druckmaschinenservice is now headed by Jürgen Rhein and the two new shareholders Christian Büttner and Knut Müller.

 

2019: Gerhard Augsberg is hired as new managing director
